Liz Allnutt is an energy and resources lawyer and head of our corporate group in Perth.
Liz's primary area of practice is in the resources sector. In particular, she specialises in drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts for mining, oil and gas and infrastructure projects. In addition to contract negotiation, Liz has experience in asset acquisition, due diligence investigations, project structuring and offtake arrangements.
Liz has advised clients – both as principals and contractors – in relation to resources projects in Australia, China, East Timor, Europe and various countries in Africa.
Liz has presented on a variety of issues at industry seminars and conferences and conducted client specific workshops on a range of topics, including contract formation and project risk management.
