Norton Rose Fulbright has launched a worldwide employability program aimed at providing paid employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The program is designed to promote confidence in disability and provide employment for people who have a disability.
The successful candidates will gain valuable commercial on-the-job experience, working for Norton Rose Fulbright, and will also collaborate on a global team project to help the firm become more disability confident as an organisation.
McLaren, as part of our global corporate partnership, will support the program through mentoring and coaching support, focusing on the partnership values of teamwork, innovation and excellence.
